Job Overview
An Executive Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office by assisting in various high office-level tasks. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, multitasking skills, and excellent planning and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Organizing company records, maintaining calendars and schedules, running errands, planning and coordinating meetings, researching new ideas, answering emails and texts from clients, creating meeting agendas and schedules, keeping an eye on vendors, etc.
